The real estate market has picked up. Since January 1st 2008 a total of 391 homes sold in Malibu. The majority of those sales recorded towards the end of 2009 to present.  Please let me know if you are still interested in selling your home. Most agents will ask you to list your home for sale through them 26 Although I think it would be the best route to go in order to get the highest exposure, not only to my buyers, but to ALL buyers 26 26. I do not know you, and will completely understand if you do not feel comfortable listing your home with me, but I would appreciate the chance to view your home again and possibly present it to my buyers.  If you agree I will talk to my buyers and get showings set up as soon as possible.
