Terms: $6,750/month. 3-5 months: $6,000/month. 6-11 months: $5,500/month, plus a $200 cleaning fee and $10,000 100% refundable damage deposit. If staying for less than 6 months, there is a 12% state tax payable. The prices for less than 6 months include all utilities, maintenance, internet, etc. If staying for more than 6 months, the $5,500 rental fee does not include utilities All rates are subject to change.
Minimum Stay: 30 days (except in February where it is 28).
